First pics of Halle Berry’s baby were captured in a Los Angeles park on Thursday.

The pictures, which don’t show the baby’s face, include Berry, 4 month old Nahla Ariela Aubry, and Berry’s mother.

DMX was arrested once again this weekend, this time on charges of providing false information to avoid paying for medical charges.

He was picked up at a Phoenix, AZ mall on Saturday and then placed in the Maricopa County Jail. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio claims the rapper used the name “Troy Jones” and a fake Social Security number to dodge a $7,500 hospital bill last April.

Arpaio told the Associated Press, “He’s back in jail again. I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond.  I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.”

As of now, no bond has been set.
