7.22.08- Rick Ross WAS Prison Guard
Despite his own denial, which you can witness here, it turns out Rick Ross WAS in fact an officer with theFlorida Department of Corrections.
Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts, worked as a prison guard for 18 months beginning in December of 1995 according to website TheSmokingGun.com who received verification of his employment from Jo Ellyn Rackleff, a DoC spokesperson. The rapper’s social security number is identical to that of the jail guard.

So what? He had a life outside of crime when he was younger. No body knows why he did what he did. Maybe that was part of playing the dopeman/drug dealer game. I think some rappers are just jealous they couldn’t do it like that. And he did. Stop hating

I don’t see the problem in it. Trick Daddy always tries to call somebody out when he’s not in the spotlight. Stop hating. He’s hating on Plies and now Ross. If he understood the game he won’t be such a RAT! I like Trick and Ross. But enough is enough of the BS. You don’t have to start drama to sell records, just keep it real.
