8.27.08- DMX Update: He May Be Getting Out!
TMZ is reporting that the lawyer of DMX, Bradford Cohen, may have just struck a plea deal, even after the outburst yesterday by DMX, which you can view below.
According to TMZ, the plea deal includes time served, along with a $483 fine. Of course, there are still all of those charges waiting for him in Arizona!

You know I think that it is sad when radio hosts and people in general continually post and discuss the unfortunate situations of others. You must realize that DMX is evidently going through something and he does need help. What you all must realize is that you or one of your family members or friends could be in the same situation and you wouldn’t want that posted and blasted all across the news.
