R. Kelly is under investigation once again! You think he’d learn after all that mess a few years ago but supposedly the day before he left for his South Africa tour police raided his home in Chicago. There were reports that a 17-year-old girl was staying with him for a few days, but she sneaked out about 20 minutes before police came to his home.

Law enforcement officials eventually found the 17-year-old girl who JUST turned 17, which is above the legal limit in Illinois. Police are still gathering evidence and there is speculation that she was with him before her 17th birthday.
